This center started its services merely with the out-patient and dialysis services, but within a few years of its establishment it has extended its services beyond dialysis and organ transplantation.
Situated at Dudhpati-17, Bhaktapur, Shahid Dharmabhaktra National Transplant Center were established in 2012 by the Ministry of Health, to strengthen and expand organ transplantation services in the country.
The outdoor inauguration of the center was facilitated by the then Health Minister Rajendra Mahato, while the indoor service was instituted by the then Health Secretary Dr. Pravin Mishra. This center started its services merely with the out-patient and dialysis services, but within a few years of its establishment it has extended its services beyond dialysis and organ transplantation.
It is under the directorship of Senior transplant surgeon Dr. Pukar Chandra Shrestha.
Before executing the web development project, I held a meeting with the respective organization representive and discussed on the requirement. Their older website was developed in WordPress which was facing UI/UX level issues. The information was not reaching the target audience as it should. The pages were also completely messy.
As you can see on the image attached, the content has no flow and the navigation is highly cluttered. Therefore, keeping these things into consideration, I'd prepared a new sitemap to boost the UI/UX of the entire website.
The older website already had alot of content. So, it would've been a hassle to start the entire thing from scratch. Therefore while building the Sitemap for the new website, it was essential to keep the older content active as well. Keeping these things into consideration, the following sitemap was realized -
