Scope of Work
The proposed website will be semi-dynamic, meaning that a powerful CMS will be provided to the client through which the website admin can easily make changes on the dynamic parts of the website.

- Creative Landing Page
This page will showcase in short summary about the entire organization from who they are to what services they have in offer and much more.
- Company Page
This page will in detail represent the company, the mission and vision, team information, client lists and their testimonials.
- Service Page
This page will showcase and elaborate all the services offered by the organization from branding to social media marketing and much more.
- Portfolio Page
The main motive of this page is to showcase the list of projects executed by the organization. The Super Admin can dynamically add content from the CMS of the website to fill content on this part of the website, where they can present case studies of their accomplished projects.
- Blog Page
This is a dynamic page which will showcase all the blogs written by content creators of the organization which can later on be used for SEO purpose as well.
- Contact Page
This page will be used to share communication contact details to the end customers. A lead generation form will be created on this page as well, through which the super admin can generate useful leads and information. The submitted form will be displayed in the CMS of the website.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Requirement specification, discussion with client on what they want, clarification about the agency, their mission, vision and services.
- Design a wireframe with respect to the acquired requirements.
- Propose the requirement to the client and acquire clear feedback and loop until the UI is approved.
- Upon approval of the UI, start developing the frontend HTML, CSS and JS of the website and create a layout following the brand guidelines and color scheme finalized for the agency website.
- Design and Develop the Admin Template for the CMS of the website.
- Develop the backend and CMS of the website to create smooth site navigation and facilitate dynamic content manipulation of the website.
- Execute the project on SCRUM model, each module = single sprint. Upon each sprint completion, communicate and gain feedback from the clients.
- Finalize the development.
- Prepare a countdown before the website is displayed on LIVE domain.
- Launched the website and deployed on the Namecheap Server.
